Everything, to Greg Oberhofer of Quality Builders. He has built his top priority into every facet of his business, starting with it’s name.

Greg has been a homebuilder since 1988...but that doesn’t begin to tell the story. He spent the previous ten years as a framing contractor. And, long before that, he was involved in virtually every aspect of the building profession. He began working with his dad at age fourteen, learning the business from the ground up. Along the way he learned to do things right. Greg considers quality, fair price and service to be the building blocks to a successful construction business.

Quality – It always comes back to quality. At Quality Builders attention to detail, quality products and expert craftsmen result in a quality structure every time.

Fair Price – A price is a number on a piece of paper; value, in the building business, is a quality product at a fair price. At Quality Builders it isunderstood that price is important, but value is the object.

Service – In homebuilding the keys to service are access and availability. Clients must feel they have a direct line to the builder throughout the entire construction process. At Quality Builders the lines of communication are kept open in order to address the client’s concerns.

Not all builders sell out to the bottom line. Some, like Quality Builders, still hold to the old time philosophy that anything worth doing is worth doing well.
